Michael and his feathered friends will perform on a stage filled with color and excitement that they will bring to your facility. Everyone will watch in awe as The Gentle Giants do various tricks and performances that are related to Making Right Choices, Character Building, Drug Awareness, and TAKS Motivation. Your students will see a bird ride a bicycle, a bird that demonstrates recycling, a bird that plays basketball, a bird that appears in a jail and shows them her brain on alcohol and drugs, and much more. To end the show, students will join in song as they watch breath taking free flight performances leaving everyone with the feeling, "I can be or do anything!"
Be Your Best/Making Right Choices
With an overall theme of the importance of "thinking before acting" and "making right choices", students will be taught the importance of taking care of our environment, the importance of school and learning, the consequences of substance abuse, and the importance of getting along with others.

Character Building
Throughout this performance, Michael and his birds will help students understand the importance of developing positive character traits such as responsibility, self-control/self-discipline, trust, respect, courage, kindness/understanding, and determination/perseverance.

TAKS Motivation & Strategies
Motivates and inspires students to do their very best as they prepare for and take the very important TAKS tests. Throughout the performance, Michael and The Gentle Giants will help your students understand why the TAKS tests are so important. Your students will learn three things they must do every single day to prepare for doing their best on the TAKS tests, as well as, strategies to use at the time of testing to ensure they are successful at doing their very best work.

Drug Awareness
Teaches students the consequences of cigarettes, alcohol, and drugs and also gives them an understanding of how to resist peer pressure so they can say "NO".
